Outlaur Return and Refund Policy

At Outlaur, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Please note that earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, may not be accepted for return and will be sent back to you at your expense.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@outlaur.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
