What size ring should I buy?

Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! Our priority is to process and ship orders as soon as possible. If you change your mind, please contact us right away. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll be able to cancel it for you.

How long is delivery?
Please allow 4-11 working days for tracked international shipping.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world.

We are based in London, UK.
We have a number of warehouses based around the world (EU, US, ASIA).
Stock levels & delivery times to your location will be the deciding factor as to which warehouse your goods are sent from.
